Originally we had plans to keep a Tyson son out of the upcoming Dorcas/Tyson-litter. It so happened, that the puppy Urmel-Bolle was too much for his new owners. The family really did not know what they are up against to raise a puppy, especially this puppy, which is full of energy and is most of the time "up to no good". Of course Hundemama loves puppies like this, because these puppies are a challenge to her and she knows, that the puppies, which keep their owners occupied are extreme smart puppies and that is what she wants to breed, especially smart dogs and of course combined with pride, good bone structure, beautiful head and of course this beautiful deep brown and black pigmentation. The whole family fall in love with this little puppy in such a short time.

Already she has big plans for him. But first he still has a lot of growing to do

It is about time to tell everybody about BJs

development

Before Hundemama does,

she wants to say, that it is very important

to keep a young dog slender

especially during the first year

BJ is developing very well

He has a high preydrive

He looks very proud

and is very alert

He is smart like a cookie

But sometimes he watches

his Dad "Tyson" too much

At times Tyson acts like a "Macho"

and the way it looks BJ will be the same way

Like a true Barrett he always has to carry something in his mouth

At times it is not enough

He wants to know,

who the "boss" is

Look at Funny`s eyes (Orca), they can tell how she feels

Now they both have a stick

BJ lost his and gets upset,

he wants to know now, how far he can go

Now Funny shows him how far he can go, not too far, I guess

A few days ago, when we opened up this page for BJ, we explained how come we named him BJ. Following pictures were taken through a window yesterday, while BJ thought nobody was around

Here he just looks if someone is watching him

He is sure, that he is alone, so he started to find out,

how much this hose can take

Of course we got worried, that our hose would not make it, so we knocked at the window, the minute he heard this, he stoped

and now look at him; how innocent he looked

What do you all want, he says, I did not do anything; I am a good boy, like all other Barretts

We named Urmel-Bolle different

His calling name is "BJ" now, which means "Baby-Jack"

BJ is just like "Baby-Jack"

Mom always called her son "Baby-Jack", whose real name is "Jack" "Baby-Jack" was most of the time up to no good,

when he was young.

This goes for BJ as well

Already we know, that it will not take much work to have him trained,

a lot of his behavior is just natural

He watches everything

and then goes in action

He took away the stick from Nora in no time

He thinks, he is something special
