Last year we announced, that we kept a little girl named "Indi" out of our "Queeny vom House Barrett" and "Buddy vom Kuckucksland"-litter. Meanwhile "Indi" has developed very well. She has a high play-drive and a sound temperament. She is very smart, loves to carry things around and if we leave her alone, she is up to no good. Hundemama says, she is a "true Barrett". She has beautiful pigmentation, an extreme nice head with a short muzzle and a brought forehead, just what Dagmar is looking for in a good quality female. A few weeks ago we had her x-rayed for HD and ED. According to the Vet everything looks promissing. Now we have to wait for the results to come back.

If Indi keeps developing like she has in the past, then she will be a great "replacement" for our Queeny, after Queeny is retired. One last litter we will have with Queeny at the beginning of 2011. No matter to which sire (Tabaluga, Buddy or Yakko) she had been bred to in the past, the progeny is of extreme good quality. We would love to repeat the O-litter (Queeny and Yakko) and maybe keep another female out of this last litter of Queeny. We want to make sure, that the Queeny-line will not be lost.

For those visitors, who do not know Indi yet, we like to introduce her today. You will see pictures from the last 12 months. We will update this page every so often

Indi with 14 months

Up till today she loves to run

and play. At times she plays by herself

She does look a lot like her Dad,

especially she has his short muzzle, the wide forehead and the big head

with 14 months

On these two pictures she was between 5 and

7 months of age

Here she found another favorite toy

The intelligence we see in her face

No matter, what she finds, she has to carry it around

If another dog wants to take it, she stands up for herself

Her ears stood up very early

What a nice face

Here you see a "true Barrett",

when she gets her "five minutes"; just running around and enjoy life

We already did recognize her potential
