Bringing the pup into the new home
We give our puppies to the new owner at eight weeks of age. By that
time they have been dewormed three times, had their first shot, and were tattooed (in
the seventh week). We give the new owner a feeding plan, a magazine from our club and
a few tips in how to raise the puppy. I also recommend that they stay in touch with
us and ask any questions that may arise, so that the new owner does not hurt the puppy
through lack of experience.
